The settings panel for the Incident manager interface object is shown in the figures. The description of the setting parameters of the Incident manager interface object is given in the corresponding tables.

Sets the Incident server and Incident handler objects, the events and processing logics from which are displayed in the interface. Set the checkboxes next to the required ones

Sets a hotkey, using which the operator can start processing the event. To set the hotkey, place the mouse cursor in the field and press the required key or key combination on the keyboard

  • operator's selection—the operator can select the grouping method in the Incident manager interface on its own;
  • disabled—the event grouping is disabled;
  • region—the events are grouped by region;
  • event—the events are grouped by event type;
  • object—the events are grouped by object
2The Process whole group checkboxSet the checkbox

Sets two options:

  1. Blocking the of group events for processing by other operators in case one operator took the event from the group into processing. In this case, the events of the group remain available for processing only by this operator;

  2. When one event of the selected group is escalated, all events of this group are escalated too

Set—events of the filtered group are blocked for other operators if one operator has already started processing an event from the group. When one event from a group is escalated, the whole group is escalated

Clear—events of the filtered group aren't blocked if the operator has already started processing an event from the group. When one event is escalated, the whole group isn't escalated
