The Group by group

Sets the method of events grouping in the incident manager

• operator's selection—the operator can select the grouping method in the Incident manager interface on its own;
• disabled—the event grouping is disabled;
• region—the events are grouped by region;
• event—the events are grouped by event type;
• object—the events are grouped by object

Sets two options:

1. Blocking the of group events for processing by other operators in case one operator took the event from the group into processing. In this case, the events of the group remain available for processing only by this operator;

2. When one event of the selected group is escalated, all events of this group are escalated too

Set—events of the filtered group are blocked for other operators if one operator has already started processing an event from the group. When one event from a group is escalated, the whole group is escalated

Clear—events of the filtered group aren't blocked if the operator has already started processing an event from the group. When one event is escalated, the whole group isn't escalated

no grouping—all events are displayed in the event display window without grouping. If filtering is set, then all events of the selected filter are displayed

by event—the events are grouped by object type/object ID/event type/logic ID

Sets the event display options within a group

Set—only the first event from the group is displayed, the rest of the events are closed without processing after the first event is processed

Clear—all events of the group are displayed

Sets the number of the user for whom the rights must be set.

The Name

Displays the name of the user (usually first or last name) for whom the rights must be set.

The Close
checkbox

Set the checkbox

Sets the right for the corresponding user to close the event without processing

Boolean type

Set—the user can close an event without processing

Clear—the user cannot close an event without processing

Set—the user can suspend the event processing

Clear—the user cannot suspend the event processing

Set—the user sees the event handling steps taken by other users

Clear—the user doesn't see the event handling steps taken by other users

Set—the user can take into processing the event with any status

Clear—the user cannot take into processing the event with any status

The Escalate

Sets the right for the corresponding user to escalate the events (escalate them to other users for processing)

Set—the user can escalate events

Clear—the user cannot escalate events

Set—the user can take into processing the escalated events

Clear—the user cannot take into processing the escalated events

Set—the user can apply event filters

Clear—the user cannot apply event filters

Set—when logging out of the system, the user is cleared in all events, the processing steps already made by the user are saved

Clear—when logging out of the system, the user isn't cleared in all events
