To view a list of users, select one of the departments in the department hierarchy. A list of users included in this department is displayed in the middle part of the Access Manager window.

When the number of users in a department is large (more than 2000), it can take some time to display the list of users, which depends on computer performance. |
When you select a user in the list, user properties are displayed in the right part of the Access Manager window. By default, the first user from the list is selected when you view the department.
To create a new user:

You can change user settings in the edit mode. To edit a user:

In the user edit mode, a tool for cropping a previously uploaded photo is available. To crop a photo:

Select the area you want to keep in the photo. To do this, click at the required point and drag a rectangle to select the area. You can move the selected area by holding down the left mouse button on the rectangle.
Cropping a user photo is complete.
The list of user access cards is displayed in the Identifiers table on the Departments tab.

To set up a user PIN code:


Click the OK button to save the settings.

To move a user to a different department:

In the Search Department window that opens, select the department to which you want to move the user (see Search for a department).
As a result, the user is moved to the selected department.
You can create and print the user pass. Before printing, you must first create and save a pass template in the Template Editor tab. The templates are saved in JSON format.

In the Access Manager module, you can choose how to display users. The following display types are available:
When you select the Table display mode, you can sort the values in the list by clicking the header of the corresponding column.
In the Access Manager module, you can search for users in one of the following ways:
To search for users:

The user search is complete. The found users are displayed in the list. To go to the profile of a found user, select the user in the search results and click the OK button.
To delete a user:

In the window that opens, confirm the user deletion by clicking the OK button. To cancel the action, click the Cancel button.
The user is deleted.
