Map providers

In Axxon One, you can use the following maps: Bitmap or vector image, Google Map, and OpenStreetMap.

Add vector maps

In Axxon One, a Bitmap or vector image map is added by default. You cannot delete it.

To add vector maps as an interactive map to Axxon One:

1. Go to the Settings tab → the Options tab → Map providers.
2. In the Map providers column, select the necessary map provider from the drop-down list.
3. Click the button.

As a result, the map of the selected provider is displayed in the table and is available for editing.

To cancel adding a vector map or to delete a map, click the button.

Bitmap or vector image

Bitmap or vector image is an image that is used as a graphic plan of the protected territory.

To configure the display of a map as a Bitmap or vector image:

1. Go to the Options tab → Map providers.
2. In the Map providers column, select Bitmap or vector image. As a result, the parameters specified in the table are displayed on the right:
   

   Parameter	Value	Description

   Enable	Yes	By default, the provider is enabled. To disable it, select No

   Minimum zoom	0	Set the minimum zoom of the map. The value must be in the range [0; 19]
   Maximum zoom	17	Set the maximum zoom of the map. The value must be in the range [0; 19]
   Default zoom	0	Set the default zoom of the map. The value must be in the range [0; 19]
   Default center	0, 0	Set the default coordinates of the map center: X—latitude. Y—longitude

3. Click the Apply button. To cancel the changes, click the Cancel button.
4. Restart the Axxon One client (see Stop the client, Starting the client).
5. Configure the map display (see Adding a new map).

The configuration of the display of the Bitmap or vector image map is complete.

Google Maps

You can use Google Maps in Axxon One:

1. Sign up with Google Maps and purchase a license:

   1. Sign up with Google Cloud. To do this, you need to contact one of Google Cloud partners: https://cloud.withgoogle.com/partners/ that will give you access to the Google Cloud console (user account) after signing up.
      

      Note

      Individuals can sign up with Google Cloud on their own. In this case, the Credit Card is used for payment.

   2. Subscribe and, in the account, find a link to ApiKey that you need to use for each Axxon One client. Charging is done by subscription. The company will receive invoices for payment. You can see the prices on the website.
   3. Configure Google Maps using 2D Tiles.
2. Configure Google Maps display in Axxon One:
   1. Go to the Options tab → Map providers.
   2. In the Map providers column, select Google Map. As a result, the parameters specified in the table are displayed on the right:

   3. Click the Apply button. To cancel the changes, click the Cancel button.
3. Restart the Axxon One client (see Stop the client, Starting the client).
4. Configure the map display (see Adding a new map).

The configuration of the display of the Google Map map is complete.

OpenStreetMap

Axxon One uses geodata from the OpenStreetMap provider via the Mapbox service. To use OpenStreetMap as an interactive map in Axxon One:

1. Purchase a license for Tilequery API from the Mapbox provider: https://www.mapbox.com/pricing/#gltile and get an ApiKey.

2. Configure the display of OpenStreetMap in Axxon One:
   1. Go to the Options tab → Map providers.
   2. In the Map providers column, select OpenStreetMap. As a result, the parameters specified in the table are displayed on the right:

      Api key		Enter the received API key from Mapbox provider
      Enable	Yes	By default, the provider is enabled. To disable it, select No
