Functionality of License plate recognition RR—Search in archive

The License plate recognition RR—Search in archive detector is used to:

1. Recognize license plates of vehicles. List of supported countries:
   Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Argentina, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Chili, China, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Honduras (starting with Detector Pack 3.17), Hungary, Ireland, Indonesia, Italy, Ivory Coast, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Moldova, Myanmar, Netherlands, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uruguay, USA, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Vietnam
2. Write the recognized license plates into a database
3. Check the recognized license plates in the lists of license plates
4. Determine the vehicle's driving direction
5. Search for recognized license plates in the archive. Recognition is performed in the Fast mode (video stream processing at a speed of up to 30 FPS). This detector generates events with a 30-second delay after the license plate recognition
