When you export a document in the PDF format, it contains three blocks: a comment specified during export; a frame; the date and time of the frame.

To set the export template parameters in the PDF format, do the following:

  1. Go to the Settings tab → the Options tab → the Export template item.
  2. Set the required export parameters specified in the table:

    If necessary, select an image in the PNG format that will be used as a background of the PDF document

    Attention!

    The image size must not exceed 1 MB.

    LayoutPortrait

    From the drop-down list, select the document orientation and set the block sizes and their position on the sheet

    Note

    You can change the block sizes and their positions similarly to working with windows in OS Windows.

    Landscape
    Font: default Verdana, standard, 8

    If you want to change the font, style, size, look, and set of characters, click the button

    ColorBlack

    The default color is black. If you want to change a color, click the button and select a color from the palette

    Watermark settings

    If necessary, set a watermark that will overlay the exported data

    Attention!

    The watermark settings are applied to the entire domain.

    Click the button and select the file with a watermark. Images in PNG, JPEG, and BMP formats are allowed

    Set the watermark opacity in the range [0, 100]

    • 0%—completely transparent
    • 100%—opaque

    Set the position of a watermark. To do this, set the area borders in the center of which a watermark will be located on each side of the frame as a % of the frame size. Consider the upper left corner as the starting point of the coordinates

    1. When you use default parameters, the set area will occupy the entire frame, and a watermark will be placed in the center of the image:
      1. Left: 0%
      2. Top: 0%
      3. Right: 100%
      4. Bottom: 100%
    2. To place a watermark in the upper left corner:
      1. Left: 0%
      2. Top: 0%
      3. Right: watermark width as % of the frame width
      4. Bottom: watermark height as % of the frame height
    3.  To place a watermark in the lower left corner:
      1. Left: 0%
      2. Top: 100%—(minus) watermark height as % of the frame height
      3. Right: watermark width as % of the frame width
      4. Bottom: 100%
    4. To place a watermark in the upper right corner:
      1. Left: 100%—(minus) watermark width as % of the frame width
      2. Top: 0%
      3. Right: 100%
      4. Bottom: watermark height as % of the frame height
    5. To place a watermark in the lower right corner:
      1. Left: 100%—(minus) watermark width as % of the frame width
      2. Top: 100%—(minus) watermark height as % of the frame height
      3. Right: 100%
      4. Bottom: 100%

  3. Click the Apply button .

Setting the export template for export is complete.
