Events escalation in the operator protocol

When you escalate an event, it is removed from the operator protocol and sent to the operator protocol that is set as a superior interface. You can escalate an event in two ways:

1. Automatically, after the expiration of the waiting time for the operator's action. 
2. Manually:
   1. Select one or several events in the Current events tab or set the Apply to all checkbox if you want to escalate all events.
      
   2. Select the operator protocol to which you want to escalate the event. 
   3. Click the Escalation button.
