The Backup audio archive program module is designed for creating backup copies of the audio archive recorded synchronously with the video archive. When you use the Backup audio archive program module, the audio archive recorded synchronously with the video archive from the specified cameras included in the digital video surveillance system is copied to the storage specified during the configuration of the Backup archive object (see the Selecting disks to store the archive of the Backup archive module section). Copying is performed synchronously with the video archive copying.

To configure the Backup audio archive program module, use the Backup audio archive system object. The Backup audio archive object is automatically created when you create the Backup archive object.

Note

When you delete the Backup archive object, the Backup audio archive object is automatically deleted.
