The Captions search object is a child of the Display system object and is used to search for user queries in the captions database.

To create and configure the Captions search object, use the Interfaces tab of the System settings window.

Configure the Captions search object in the following order:

  1. Select the captioners.
  2. Specify search parameters in captions database.
  3. Set up the display of Captions search window.

Attention!

You can also use the ElasticSearch service when working with Captions search (see Features of ElasticSearch service operation). If the search by captions doesn't operate correctly, we recommend forbidding the use of the service using the SearchIndex parameter in the cam_title.run.config file (see XML-file parameters reference guide).
