Description of the Support.exe utility interface

The Support.exe utility interface includes the following elements:

1. Short manual for using the Support.exe utility (1).
2. The group of settings for specifying the data collection period (2).
3. The Collect button to run the process of information gathering (3).
4. The field for displaying information messages (4).
5. The table displays and selects steps of the information-gathering process in two columns—Step and Status. The Step column displays the short characteristic of the step during the process of information gathering, which, if necessary, you can exclude from the process of gathering the system information. The Status column displays the indicator of process execution and tracks the time spent on information gathering at this step (5).
