When you select the default user rights value, the system automatically assigns the corresponding rights to the user without assigned rights.
To set the default user rights, do the following:
- Go to the Programming tab in the System settings window (1).

- Select the Security zone object in the objects tree (2).
As a result, the settings panel of this object is displayed in the right part of the System settings window. - From the Default object access level drop-down list (3), select the required option:
- No access;
- Monitoring;
- Monitoring/Control;
- Monitoring/Control/Configuration.
- From the Default user rights drop-down list (4), select the default rights:
- Full. If you select this value, the rights created for system operation are unlimited;
- User rights. You can create these rights on the Users tab. For more details, see Registration of operator rights.
- Click the Apply button (5).
Setting the default user rights is complete.
