Moving users, domains, and groups

You can move users only between user groups and domains—only between domain groups. You can move a user group/domain group to another user group/domain group. A group is moved with all objects in it.

You can move users, domains, and groups in one of the following ways:

1. You can drag and drop them: to move a user, domain, or group, select the object and move it to the required group in the tree.
2. You can use the Move to button. To do this:
   1. Click the button next to a user, domain, or group.
   2. Click the Move to button.
      
   3. In the window that opens, select the group to which you want to move the user, domain, or group.
   4. Click the Apply button.
3. You can use the following keys:
   1. Ctrl (selection of individual elements):
      1. Press and hold the Ctrl key.
      2. While holding the Ctrl key, select the required objects (users, domains, or groups).
      3. After you select all required objects, drag them to the required group.
   2. Shift (selection of a range of objects):
      1. Click the first object.
      2. Press and hold the Shift key.
      3. Select the last object. All objects between the first and last objects are added to the range, including the first and last objects.
      4. Drag the selected objects to the required group.

As a result, a user, domain, or group is moved.
