Functionality of the Fluid level detection module

The Fluid level detection module performs the following functions:

1. Determining the fluid level in carriages passing in the field of view of the thermal camera.
2. Recording data on the fluid level into the event viewer database.
3. Putting titles indicating the fluid level on the video image in the video surveillance monitor.
4. Putting the vertical line indicating the fluid level on the video image in the video surveillance monitor (using the script).
