To enable the automatic video clips loading, set the FileQueryEnable=1 parameter value of the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\BitSoft\VHOST\VHostService registry key and for the FileQueryPath parameter, specify the exchange directory with the external system (see Vertical solutions; for more details on working with the registry, see Working with Windows OS registry). Restart the computer to ensure the changes are applied.

Note

By default, the C:\Query\ directory is specified in the FileQueryPath parameter.

Attention!

If you enable the automatic video clips loading simultaneously on the side of the Server of Control and on the Additional workplace, then you must specify the FileQueryPath parameter that is within them in a way so that it indicates different directories.

Note

When you start the videosrv.exe communication module at the Server of Control side, the directory specified in the FileQueryPath parameter is automatically created with the following subdirectories:

In—the directory for request files;

In\Work—the valid directory for request files;

OutSuccess—the directory in which the request file is placed if a video is successfully loaded;

OutError—the directory in which the request file is placed if this file is incorrect or not all required parameters are specified;

OutFail—the directory in which the request file is placed if this file is correct but you failed to load a video for an unknown reason.

Attention!

You must manually create the exchange directory with the external system specified in the FileQueryPath parameter along with all subdirectories mentioned above on the Additional workplace.
