The Generalized report is a table that contains information on the employees’ compliance with the work schedule for each day of the selected period of time.
Report fields are described in the table.
Field name | Description |
|---|---|
Date, day of the week | Date and day of the week |
Arrival | The time the employee arrived at work |
Leaving | The time the employee left work |
Hours worked | Hours worked by employee |
Exiting the building (number) | Number of times the employee left the building (area) |
Exiting the building (duration) | The time the employee was absent from the area |
Voucher | Exculpatory documents made by the employee |
Overworking/underworking balance | Time of overwork/underwork |
Hours planned | Planned workday duration |
Note
The short form of the report contains the following fields:
- Date, day of the week.
- Hours worked.
- Overworking/underworking balance.
- Hours planned.
