Embedded temperature detection tools

For a number of thermal cameras, Axxon One supports an embedded temperature detection tool (see Documentation Drivers Pack, body temperature detection). This detection tool detects a person's face and its temperature in the video image.

In general, to configure the temperature detection tool, do the following:

1. Create a detection tool (see Configuring detection tools and their sub-tools).

2. Refer to the official documentation for the camera to configure the detection tool in Axxon One.
   

   Attention!

   In general, you must specify a temperature threshold for all cameras. If the threshold is exceeded, the detection tool generates an event.

   You must also configure a black body (similar to Face Detection and Temperature Control, see Configuring Face Detection and Temperature Control).

3. If necessary, configure macros to initiate certain actions in the system when the detection tool generates an event (see Programming).

Some cameras display a bounding box of a person's face and its temperature on the video image. This feature is enabled in the web interface of a particular camera.
