Function
The Backup archive panel is used to control and manage Backup archiving.
Functions
The Backup archive panel performs the following functions:
- Backup archive monitoring;
- Manual video archiving;
- Automatic video archiving;
- Selecting the camera, for which you need to perform backup archiving.
- Setting the time interval of video recordings for archiving (for each camera individually).
Interface description
The figure shows the Backup archive panel interface. 
The Monitoring tab is used to monitor and control the Backup archive, and the Schedule tab is used to specify the Backup archiving parameters in automatic mode.
The Monitoring tab contains the following elements:
- Start and Stop buttons for manual archiving;
- Fields for specifying the time period of archiving;
- Table of selecting cameras and state of an archiving progress;
- The Select all checkbox is used to select (deselect) all cameras at a time.
The Schedule tab contains the following elements:
- Table of selecting cameras and state of an archiving progress;
- The Select all checkbox is used to select (deselect) all cameras at a time.
- The Save button is used to save the archiving schedule.
Note
By default, the information about the current state of the Backup archive isn't sent to the server. If it is necessary to send the events to the server, use the ArchStatus=1 parameter of the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\AxxonSoft\Axxon PSIM\Video registry key (see Registry keys reference guide); for the information on how to work with the registry, see Working with Windows OS registry). When using the ArchStatus=1 parameter of the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\AxxonSoft\Axxon PSIM\Video registry key, the window of the Backup archive settings panel looks like this:
