If you create the archive in a time zone different from the time zone in which you view the archive, you must move the archive to the current time zone before viewing it using the convert.exe utility. Otherwise, problems can occur when you position on an archive fragment. Working with this utility is described in The Convert.exe utility for correcting modification dates of video archives.

To move the archive to the required time zone, run the utility from the command line with the following parameters:

convert.exe fullmode TZ +hh:mm

where +hh:mm is the time shift between the current time zone and the zone in which the archive is recorded.
