Each type of event in the Incident handler can be assigned a priority by which the operator can sort the events. By default, events have zero priority.
To do this:
The Value column (2) is used to set the priority description. If the priority description is set, then it will be displayed in the Incident handler, otherwise the priority level will be displayed.
Note
Create zero priority only if it is necessary to set a description for it that will be displayed in the Incident handler.
