New features in build 4.11.3.3828

A number of improvements were made to increase the stability of the system.

New features in Intellect 4.11.3

  1. Added the SELECT event to the Incident manager, which is generated when an operator left-clicks or right-clicks on the incident. This event can be used in scripts

  2. Added the EVENT event to the Incident server, which is generated when an operator takes the incident into processing, as well as at each step of event processing. This event can be used in scripts

  3. In Scripts, it is now possible to filter events by the Computer system object

  4. Added the UPDATE_STATUS command to the Incident manager, which can be used in scripts. This command changes the status of the specified event.

  5. Now the the archive length set for the Event Viewer database is used for the Incident server events database
  6. The Incident server event database now uses the archive length set for the Event Viewer database. For example, if 3 days is specified in the Events archive length field, then the archive for the last three days will be stored for both the PROTOCOL table and the PROTOCOL_INC_SERVER table

  7. You can now work with SIP trunks in the SIP terminal.

  8. Added the DATABASE_ERROR event for the Computer object, which is generated when the SQL Server connection is lost

  9. Added the following event filters to the Incident manager: Assigned to me, Assigned to another, Not assigned.
