To configure macro events, do the following:

  1. Go to the Macro event object’s settings panel.
  2. Select the object type from the drop-down list (1).
  3. Select the object ID from the drop-down list (2) if it’s required. If the object ID is not selected, then events from all objects of such type will be considered in.
  4. Select the event type from the drop-down list (3). All events from the selected object or objects will be considered in if the event type is not selected.
  5. In the field (4) enter the time period in HH:MM:SS format during which the selected event occurrence after occurrence the previous one is waiting for. The occurrence time for the first event in the chain is not specified. For other events the time of waiting is 15 seconds on default.

    Note.

    To edit the time-out period select the occurrence time of event in the chain and enter the time again in the text field.
  6. Click the + button (5). The event will be added to the chain with name in the “Object type [object number] Event type” format. Nodes corresponding to the event occurrence on the specified time interval (Ok) and nodes corresponding to the expiration of time-out the event waiting (Timeout) will be created on the basis of the event.

  7. Set the next event in the chain in case of performing the previous chain of conditions:

    1. Select the Ok node (6).

    2. Set the Event name (7) checkbox and enter the name of generated event in the text field (8) in case of macro event is to be generated when all previous events in the chain have occurred. The node will be marked by  sign.

      Note.

      The Event name is limited by 120 symbols.
    3. Set the Event type (9) as it was performed in 1-5 steps.

      The event will be added to the chain on the basis of the Ok node (10).

  8. Set the next event in the chain in case of the time-out of waiting the performing previous chain of conditions was expired:

    1. Select the Timeout node (11).

    2. Set the Event name (12) checkbox and enter the name of generated event in the text field (13) in case of macro event is to be generated when all previous events in the chain except the last one have occurred. The node will be marked by  sign.

      Note.

      The Timeout condition created on the basis of the first event in the chain is performed if only the first event of the chain has occurred for the specified time.

      Note.

      The Event name is limited by 120 symbols.
    3. Set the Event type (14) as it was performed in 1-5 steps.

      The event will be added to the chain on the basis of the Timeout node (15).

  9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 with Ok and Timeout nodes created on the basis of new events if it’s required.

  10. Click the Apply buttons.

Note.

To delete the event from the chain select its name or occurrence time and click the button. All underneath events in the chain will be also deleted.

Configuring the macro events is completed.
