The Tabs panel is located in the upper left corner of the System settings dialog box and is used for switching between the settings groups of different types of Axxon PSIM objects. The Tabs panel is shown in the figure.
The table below presents a list and a short description of the tabs of the System settings dialog box.

| 1 | Architecture | The tab describes the system structure, the network settings of communication between computers and the parameters of events transmission between the computers of the distributed network |
2 | Hardware | The tab is used to connect and configure hardware and program modules. This tab is also used to connect and configure the special components of the Operator user interface—the Operator query panel and Alarm message window objects |
3 | Interfaces | The tab is used to create and configure virtual screens and components of the Operator user interface—Video surveillance monitors, audio players and control panels of various devices and modules |
| 4 | Users | The tab is used to create user accounts (registration) of the digital video surveillance and audio monitoring system, classify the levels (rights) of their access to the system resources and assign passwords to the users |
5 | Programming | This tab is used to create macros and scripts, as well as to create time schedules, shift schedules, subdivision areas of the protected facility, access levels for the access points, which are equipped with readers |
To switch from one tab to another, use the mouse. To do this, do the following:
- Hover the mouse cursor over the tab.
- Click the left mouse button.
