The Architecture tab allows you to create a distributed video surveillance and audio control system and is used to configure connection parameters and data exchange between the system components.
The connection settings table can be accessed from the Architecture tab. This table is used to configure connection between computers in the distributed system and distribute the information about the events registered in the system. The connection settings table is shown in the figure.
Table describes the elements of the connection settings table.
№ | Column | Description | Value |
1 | Computer | Network name of the computer | Defined by the OS |
2 | Name | Computer name in the system | Set in the Hardware tab |
3 | Connection | Checkbox | If the checkbox is set—the computer is connected If the checkbox is clear—connection wasn't established |
4 | With computer | List of names of the network computers | Defined by the OS |
5 | IP address | IP address of the computer in the local network (if connected via the internet, then public IP address) | Defined by the OS or assigned manually. When the IP address of the Server/RAW is edited, the IP address for the current Server/RAW only is changed. For other Servers/RAWs the IP addresses must be changed individually. If the entered address is already assigned to a computer in the system, the address is assigned to the computer being configured, and the corresponding warning message is displayed. The address of the computer that previously had this address is reset |
6 | Send events | Checkbox | If the checkbox is set—there is a permission to send events to the computer it is connected to If the checkbox is clear—there is no permission to send events |
7 | Type | List of the system objects, from which the events are transmitted to the selected computers | Defined by the list of the registered objects |
8 | Event | Checkbox in the list next to each item in the event list, corresponding to the device selected in the Type column | If the checkbox is set—this event is transmitted If the checkbox is clear—this event isn't transmitted |
