Attention!
The Alerts tab is available only when you connect to the Axxon One Server directly or via AxxonNet (see Connection via AxxonNet in the AxxonNet mobile client on Android OS, Direct connection in the AxxonNet mobile client on Android OS).
When an alert occurs, the Cameras tab displays the icon and the number of alert events in the camera window in which the alert occurred.
To view alerts, go to the Profile tab → Services menu → Alerts (see The Profile tab in the AxxonNet mobile client on Android OS).

The Alerts screen displays the current alerts in the system. For each alert, you can see:
The alerts on the screen are displayed in descending order of priority that is set in Axxon One (see Initiate alarm). The priority of alerts is displayed in the list and indicated by icons:
—highest priority;
—high priority;
—medium priority;
—low priority;
—lowest priority.
By default, active alerts are displayed on the screen as a list. To change the display of alerts, select the icon in the upper right corner and select the view type:
If you want to display cropped frames of the moment an alert occurred, select the Crop image button.
If you want to view only certain alerts, you can set the alerts display filter. To do this, select the
button. A window opens where you must do the following:A list of alerts corresponding to the specified filter will be displayed.
To take an alert into processing, select an alert with the Wait for reaction icon from the list. In the window that opens, select the Review button.
A window opens that displays the image received at the moment an alert occurred. Also, in the window you can select the alert state: confirmed, suspicious, false, or cancel alert processing.
After you took an alert into processing, it will be displayed on a tab with closed alerts.
On the tab with closed alerts, icons indicate the state of an alert:
When you select an alert in the list, a window opens that shows the following elements:
To view other closed alert events, swipe the screen to the right or left.
