The size of the VMDA metadata storage depends on the frame rate, minimal minimum and maximal maximum object size, tracker sensitivity: the higher the frame rate and larger the object size, the more disk space is needed required for storage.

If the record video is performed recorded 24 hours a day, it's possible to you can use the following formula to estimate the disk space required to store the object tracks database: 

DB VMDA (GbGB) = 0,5Gb 5 GB * (Number of cameras) * (Number of days)
