1. Go to the Filters tab of the Incident handler object.

2. In the Objects table, specify the objects, the events from which should be received and processed. If no objects are selected, no events will be displayed in the Incident manager.

   1. From the list in the Type column (1), select the object type.

   2. From the list in the Number column (2), select the object identification number. If the object number is not specified, events from all objects of the specified type will be logged. After you select the object type and number, the Name field (3) will be automatically filled in with the object name.
   3. From the list in the Event type column (4), select the events to be displayed in the Incident manager. If the event type is not specified, all events of the selected object will be sent to the module.

   4. In the Logic list (5), select the logic that will be used to process the events of the selected object. Logics are created and configured on the Logic tab (see Creating and configuring the logic of event handling).

      It is required to select the logic, otherwise the object's events will not be displayed.

      
      

   5. In the Priority drop-down list (6), select the priority level for the events of the selected object (see Setting the events priority). The priority can be used by the operator to sort the events. If no priority is selected, priority level 0 will be used.

   6. In the Timer (s) field (7), set the time in seconds from the moment the event occurred, after which the Time is over event will be generated. The timer will also count down the specified time in the interface in the Time(sec) column until it reaches zero.

      If grouping is enabled, then for groups the timer will apply to the last generated event with the specified timer.

      
      

   7. In the Auto-escalation Autoescalation (s) field (8), specify the time in seconds from the moment the event occurs, after which the event will be automatically escalated. Auto-escalation Autoescalation is performed within one Incident handler and works if the operator has the escalation rights (see Configuring user rights in Incident manager).

3. Repeat the actions described in step 2 for all required objects.

   To add a row to the table, select the last row and press the ↓ key on the keyboard. To delete rows from the table, use the Ctrl + Del key combination.

   
   

4. Click the Apply button.
