4 | Incident server | Select the value from the list | Sets the Incident server parent object for the given Incident handler object | Names of the Incident server objects registered in the system | Name of the Incident server parent object | Depends on the number of the Incident server objects in the system |
The Filters tab | ||||||
5 | Type | Select the value from the list | Sets the type of objects for which the events must be displayed in the Incident manager window | Available object types | NA | Depends on the objects registered in the system. Only those object types are available for selection for which the "INFORMATION" or "ALARM" value is selected on the Events tab in the Processing messages column in the ddi.exe utility (see The Events tab) |
Number | Select the value from the list | Sets the number of the object for which the events must be displayed in the Incident manager window | Sequence of numbers | NA | Depends on the number of the objects of the specified type registered in the system
Name | Automatically | Sets the name of the object for which the events in the Incident manager window must be displayed | Names of the objects registered in the system | NA | Depends on the objects registered in the system
Event type | Select the value from the list | Sets the events displayed in the Incident manager interface window | Events available for the selected object | NA | Depends on the selected object type
Area | Select the value from the list | Sets the Area, the events from which are displayed in the Incident manager window | Areas available for the selected object | NA | Depends on the selected object type and Areas registered in the system
Region | Select the value from the list | Sets the Region, the events from which are displayed in the Incident manager window | Regions available for the selected object | NA | Depends on the selected Area
Logic | Select the value from the list | Sets the logic that is used to handle the events of the corresponding object. Note. The logic must be specified. Otherwise, the selected events aren't displayed | Logic | NA | A line containing a sequence of any characters (letters, digits, service characters except > and < characters), case-insensitive. Number of characters—from 1 to 255
Priority | Select the value from the list | Sets the priority level for events of the corresponding object | Priority level | 0 | Depends on the priority templates created on the Main tab
Timer (s) | Enter the value in the field | Sets the time in seconds from the moment the event occurs, after which the TIME_IS_OVER event is generated. The timer will also count down the specified time in the interface in the Time (s) column until it reaches zero | Time in seconds | NA | >=0
Autoescalation (s) | Enter the value in the field | Sets the time in seconds from the moment the event occurs, after which the event is automatically escalated. Autoescalation is performed within one Incident manager and works if the operator has the escalation rights | Time in seconds | NA | >=0

1 | Create copy | Click the button | If you select a logic in the list of logics and click on the button to create a copy, a copy of the selected logic is created. It will appear in the list of logics. The name of the new logic consists of the name of the original logic and the copy number in brackets. For example, for Logic 1, the first copy is named Logic 1(1), the second copy is named Logic 1(2) | NA | NA | NA |
