- Login to JIRA
- Click Create Issue
- Fill in the form (fields marked with * – are obligatory)
- Summary – shortly describe you question
- Configuration Id – write you configuration identification number.
- Product – select product in question
- Customer Type – specify your relationship with us
- Component/s – select components in question or Unknown if you're not sure.
- Environment – describe OS, product versions, hardware models, firmware versions of installation
- Description – type more detailed description
- Attachment – clicking Browse button, select information package (support_<date>.7z archive), screenshot or other file you want to attach (max 150MB per file).
- Click Create
- You're done.
Any notification regarding created request will be sent to e-mail address used for registration.
