  1. Login to JIRA
  2. Click Create Issue
  3. Fill in the form (fields marked with * – are obligatory)
    • Summary – shortly describe you question
    • Configuration Id – write you configuration identification number.
    • Product – select product in question
    • Customer Type – specify your relationship with us
    • Component/s – select components in question or Unknown if you're not sure.
    • Environment – describe OS, product versions, hardware models, firmware versions of installation
    • Description – type more detailed description
    • Attachment – clicking Browse button, select information package (support_<date>.7z archive), screenshot or other file you want to attach (max 150MB per file).
  4. Click Create
  • You're done.

Any notification regarding created request will be sent to e-mail address used for registration.
