  1. Login to JIRA
  2. Click Create Issue button located in top-right corner
  3. Select SUPPORT project
  4. Click Create Issue
  5. Fill in the form (fields marked with *(asterisk) are obligatory)
    • Summary – shortly describe you question
    • Configuration Id – put license identification type (Guardant dongle, HID, etc)
    • Product – select product in question
    • Customer Type – specify your relationship with us
    • Component/s – choose Uknown or choose components in question.
    • Environment – describe OS, product versions, hardware models, firmware versions of installation
    • Description – type more detailed description
    • Attachment – clicking Browse button, select support-file, screenshot or other file you want to attach (up to 3 files, max 50MB).
  6. Click Create
  • You're done.

Any response regarding created request will be sent to e-mail address used for registration.
