The Report by first and last card presenting per calendar day is a table which contains the information about the first and last time the selected employee presented the card to the passage point. Working schedules are ignored in the report, the data is displayed per calendar day. All passage points are analyzed during the report generation.
To create the Report by first and last card presenting per calendar day, do the following:
- Select the Report by first and last card presenting per calendar day (see Selecting the type of Access Manager report). As a result the dialog box for specifying the report parameters will be displayed.
- Set the report parameters in the following way:
In the Departments/Employees field (1) set checkboxes for the departments and employees, the information on which should be displayed in the report.
- From the Period drop-down list (2) select the time period for which the report is to be created.
If the User period is selected, enter the date of start and end periods for which the report is to be created in the from and to fields (3) using the Calendar tool.

Click the
button near the corresponding field to use the Calendar tool.If another period type is selected, specifying the date of start and end periods is not needed.
Note
Minimum time period for report displaying is a week.
- Select the Report by first and last card presenting per calendar day (see Selecting the type of Access Manager report). As a result the dialog box for specifying the report parameters will be displayed.
To create a report, click Execute (4).
As a result, the report with specified parameters is displayed.The report fields are described in the table.

Card | Emplyee card number |
Time of first/last presenting of card | A table indicating the time of the first/last presenting of the card on each day within the selected time period. The time of the first presenting of the card is displayed in the In column, and the time of the last presenting of the card is displayed in the Out column. |
Note
If the report was created automatically in Exсel format (see Setting up Intellect Web Report System operation in the automatic mode), the Department/subdivision column will be displayed in the report. It contains the name of the department to which the employee belongs, and the time of first/last presenting of card will be displayed in a column.
