AxxonSoft technical assistant can connect to your computer using a remote access utility and provide support for our product.

To receive remote support, do the following:

  1. Download Team viewer or Anydesk application.
  2. Run the downloaded application.
  3. Provide us with your ID and Password to connect:

Note

If Internet connection is slow, the launch of the portable Team viewer utility may take some time, since the resources are loaded from the manufacturer's website.
