The settings panel of the Audio player object is shown in the figure.

 

The table describes the parameters of the settings corresponding to the elements of the settings panel of the Audio player object.

Is identified by the check mark

Defines the status (enabled or disabled) of the Audio player object in the system.

Display

Is selected from the list

Defines the parent Display object for the given Audio player object.

Names of the Display objects registered in the system

Defines the coordinate in the X horizontal axis for the upper left corner of the Audio player on the screen.

Dropdown list Device

Is selected from the list

Defines sound device for which audio signals shoul be transmited to playback.

This setting is available only if the Display with this Audio Player is assigned to one computer in the distributed system (see Assigning the displays to the operator workstations). If the Display is assigned to multiple computers, this setting cannot be changed and only the Default device can be used.

Nemes of audio devices, registered in the system

Device by default

Depends on the number of devices in the system. Standard sound map is the default device.

Channel

Is selected from the list

Defines the chanal of audio signals’ playback

This setting is available only if the Display with this Audio Player is assigned to one computer in the distributed system (see Assigning the displays to the operator workstations). If the Display is assigned to multiple computers, this setting cannot be changed and only the Left+right value can can be used.

Left+right

Left+right audio signal is transmitted to left and right channels of sound device. Left – audio signal is transmitted to the left channel of the sound device. Right– audio signal is transmitted to the right channel of the sound device
