To assess an alarm, use the group of colored buttons in the lower left corner of the Alarm Management window. After assessing the alarm, the Surveillance window on the given Client automatically switches to Live Video mode. The corresponding alarm event is no longer in the Alarms tab.

Attention!

In case of multi-user event processing, only the first operator who switched to the Alarm Management mode can assess the alarm (if they have the appropriate permissions). For the rest of the operators, the alarm assessment buttons are not displayed.
