New integration modules

Modbus Slave, service module, обеспечивающий передачу событий и значений регистров для опроса внешнего Modbus master. Поддержано получение событий и команд по протоколам Modbus TCP или Modbus RTU.  Поддержанный тип регистров - Holding Register. Реализованы команды Set Value и Get Value регистра.
