In Axxon One, a camera is armed via all detectors registered for this camera.

By default, cameras are armed. To disarm a camera, open the context menu in the surveillance window and select one of the following items:
 

  • Disarm—The camera is immediately disarmed.
  • Temporarily disarm—Allows you to disarm the camera for a specified period. Available options:
    • 30 min
    • 1 hour
    • 3 hours
    • Set custom period—In the window that opens, specify the time in minutes for temporarily disarming the camera.

As a result, the camera is disarmed. If the camera was temporarily disarmed, it is automatically armed after the specified period.

To arm a camera, open the context menu in the surveillance window and select one of the following items:

  • Arm—In this case, the camera is available to all users who have access to it.
  • Arm in private mode—In this case, the camera isn't available to users with the Live in Armed mode permission (see Role).
