Messages about system errors that have occurred are displayed in real time in the pop-up notification bar. When there are no errors, this bar isn't displayed.

Note

You can configure this feature in the Access to Settings section (see Role).

To accept an error and remove it from the notification bar, click next to the message.
To accept all errors and close the notification bar, click on the right side of the notification bar.

To navigate between errors, you can use the buttons. To go to the system log (see System log) and open the current error messages, click the button.

The following possible types of notifications can be displayed in the bar:

Problem with the licenseNotification pops up when the licensing server is unavailable or the license is about to expire
Connection to domain is lostNotification pops up when the connection to the domain is lost, for example, due to network problems
Configuration saving errorNotification pops up when the process of saving changes isn't completed correctly
Map loading errorNotification pops up when a part of the map is damaged during loading, but the map loading process completes without errors
Export errorNotification pops up when the export path cannot be found and an error occurs when you create the export directory
Insufficient network bandwidthNotification pops up when the speed of data transfer over the network is too low
Problems with presets of PTZ camera Notification pops up when the server sends a signal to the camera to rotate or zoom, and the camera doesn't perform the action or performs it incorrectly
Problems with archivesNotification pops up when a file or archive volume is damaged
