Note

You can use templates when you create a report.

To add a new template, click Report templates → New template and fill in the Name and Description fields. The template will use the selected parameters of the current report.

Templates work the same way as templates in the scheduler and can be used interchangeably.

When you create a response using a template, click Report templates at the top of the page and select the required template from the list of saved templates (the required template is highlighted). As a result, the parameters of the current report are updated according to the selected template.

To create this report, select the Protocol report from the list of General reports (see Select the type of general report). Specify report parameters in the form that opens.

  1. In the Objects and events list (1), select the types of objects for the report by setting the corresponding checkboxes. All objects of this type are automatically selected (2). To cancel the selection, clear the checkbox for the object type.

    Note

    You can select the view of the list of objects and events (see General report settings).

  2. From the list of corresponding types of objects created in Axxon PSIM (2), select the objects for the report or use the Search field (3). To select all objects in the list, click All. To deselect, click None. After the search, when you click the All button, all objects from the filtered list of objects are selected. You can also select one or more objects using the Shift (select an object) and Ctrl (deselect an object) keys.
  3. From the event list 4, select events for the report. These events are added to the selected objects in column 2, and checkboxes are set for the objects and the type to which they belong. To add all events to all selected objects in list 2, click All. The checkboxes are set for the objects and the type to which they belong. To cancel the addition, click None.
  4. After you select events for the corresponding object, the Object name column (5) that displays only selected objects and the Event column (6) that displays only selected events are filled out. From the selected objects and events, you can find the required ones. For this, enter the name in the field 7 for objects and in the field 8 for events. The search starts from the first character.

  5. Set the Report with video checkbox to create the report that contains the video image from the camera selected from the Camera drop-down list.

  6. From the Camera drop-down list, select the camera whose video image you want to attach to the report when you set the Report with video checkbox.

  7. From the Filter drop-down list, select the rule by which the data are filtered when creating the report.

    1. No—filter isn't applied.

    2. Equal—report is generated only for those events where the Information column content is strictly equal to the filter value specified in the Filter text field.

    3. Contains—report is generated only for those events where the Information column contains the filter value specified in the Filter text field.

      Note

      The report is filtered only by the Information column (see the report fields description in the table below).

  8. In the Filter text field, specify the value by which you want to filter the report.

  9. In the Maximum of output strings field, specify the maximum number of output strings in the protocol report.

  10. From the Period drop-down list, select the time period for which the report must be created.

    1. If you select the Custom period, enter the start and end dates for which the report must be created in the from and to fields using the Calendar tool.
    2. If you select the Custom 2 period, additionally enter the start and end time for which the report must be created.  
  11. Click the Execute button to create the report.

The form of the protocol report with the video display feature consists of three parts. Part 1 is similar to the print form of the protocol report without the video display feature. Part 2 displays video from the selected camera if there is a video archive for the specified period. Otherwise, the last frame from the archive is displayed.

The photos corresponding to the employee access events are displayed when you use the FSA/ACS module. To display the photos, specify the path to the folder with the photos in the <add key="PathToPhotos" value ="" /> parameter in the web.config file. By default, the /BMP/Person/ path is specified.

The names of the files with photos must correspond to the IDs of the employees whose accesses are displayed in the report.

Attention!

You cannot print the form of the protocol report with the video display feature. If you need to get the print form of the protocol report, create the report without video, that is, the Report with video checkbox must be clear.

When you create an autogenerated protocol report, you must select the report without the video display feature.

Date of the event (data from the date column of the dbo.PROTOCOL table of the Axxon PSIM database)

Time

Time of the event (data from the date column of the dbo.PROTOCOL table of the Axxon PSIM database)

ComputerName of the computer where the event occurred

Note

The operator's comment confirming the event in the Event Manager module is specified in the Information field in square brackets (see Example of working with the Event manager module).

You can save the report in the following formats:

  • PDF
  • Excel
  • CSV.

The protocol report is created.
