The tweaki.exe utility is used for configuring Axxon PSIM by editing the sections of the Windows OS registry that contain the configuration parameters of the Axxon PSIM core and modules:

  • for 64-bit systems, the sections of the registry are HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\AxxonSoft and HKCU\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\AxxonSoft;
  • for 32-bit systems, the sections of the registry are HKLM\SOFTWARE\AxxonSoft and HKCU\SOFTWARE\AxxonSoft (see Registry keys reference guide).

You must run the utility under the name of the Windows user under which Axxon PSIM is started; otherwise, the new settings may not be applied. This is due to the selection of the Windows account determining to which registry section the changes are written.

Attention!

Invalid values of registry keys may lead to the system failure.
