The advanced settings of the SIP-panel are configured as follows:

  1. Go to the Advanced settings tab of the SIP-panel object.
  2. If it is necessary to display the SIP-panel only during a call, set the Display only when calling checkbox (1).
  3. If new calls should be added to the end of the list on the SIP-panel, set the New calls to the end checkbox (2). By default, new calls are added to the top of the list.
  4. To turn off sound when pressing the keys on the SIP-panel, set the Disable keypress sound checkbox (3).
  5. To display the screen to which the SIP-panel is added when making a call, set the Maximize screen on call checkbox (4). If this checkbox is not set, there is a chance to miss a call to the SIP-panel when the corresponding screen is hidden.
  6. If it is necessary to enable the option to call unknown subscribers, set the Calls to unknown users checkbox (5).

    Note

Unknown subscriber is a number that is present in the SIP-terminal, but not present in the address book of the current SIP-operator.

  7. If it is necessary to automatically switch to the SIP-panel tab with the incoming calls, set the Switch to incoming checkbox (6). By default, the checkbox is set. Automatic switching happens at incoming calls or calls on hold.

  8. Set the checkboxes for the elements that should be displayed in the SIP-panel interface (7).
  9. Click the Apply button (8).

The advanced settings of the SIP-panel are now configured.
