In Incident manager, the logic of event handling is displayed as a number of columns and rows with logic steps. To configure the display of logic, do the following:

The number of columns determines how many Radiobutton, Checkbox, and Combobox elements can be created (see Configuring the elements).
If the logic of event handling is created, but the number of columns is not set, then it will be displayed incorrectly when the operator will take the event into processing.
In the Columns width field (2), set the width of the columns when displaying the logic of event handling. The width is set in pixels or as a percentage of the entire width of the Incident manager interface. Percentage values should be set as fractions of 1, for example, 0.25. If you set a value greater than 1, then it will be considered as pixels. The default column width is 150 px.
