It should be noted that when you add an ONVIF-Server as a video camera to other Axxon PSIM or Axxon One Server, or to the third-party software, the embedded storage of the added ONVIF video camera will be associated with the Axxon PSIM archive and not directly with the video camera's embedded storage. See Configuring getting video using ONVIF-Server module.
If the Axxon PSIM archive is connected as a video camera's embedded storage on other Axxon PSIM or Axxon One Server, or the third-party software, the following features will be available:
If the smart video detection tools are configured for the cameras which video is transmitted via the ONVIF-Server (see Configuring smart video detection tools), then if the are connected via the ONVIF-Server on other Axxon PSIM or Axxon One Server, or the third-party software, the smart video detection tools triggers will be transmitted as the events from the embedded video camera detectors. The procedure of setting up the embedded detectors in Axxon PSIM is described in the Embedded detectors section. The instructions for setting up the embedded detectors in Axxon One and the third-party software can be found in the corresponding documentation.
