Axxon PSIM installed as a Service, is started before user authorization in Windows OS and before Windows applications are launched (including the Explorer application which is used for starting up such applications as Windows OS and various other applications installed on the Server). The launch is performed by the PSIM Core Server service performs the start. The PSIM Core Server service, which service is created during the installation process of when Axxon PSIM is installed as a Service. When a user belonging to from the PsimUsers group logs in, Axxon PSIM restarts under as this user. If it is not necessary you don't want to start Axxon PSIM under the as this user (in other words: after logging in, Axxon PSIM must remain running under as the SYSTEM user), disable the restart using the Tweaki.exe utility—see The Settings panel of the Windows section.
