The Calibration tab
Table describes the parameters of the settings corresponding to the elements of the settings panel of the PTZ device object.
№ | Parameter | Method for setting the parameter value | Parameter description | Symbols used | Default value | Value range |
1 | Identification number | Automatically | Display the identification number of the PTZ device object in the digital distributed video surveillance system | Sequence of numbers | - | Depends on the number of the PTZ device objects in the digital distributed video surveillance system |
2 | Name | Enter the value in the field | Set the name of the PTZ device object in the digital distributed video surveillance system | Latin, Cyrillic letters and service characters | PTZ device | A line containing a sequence of any symbols (letters, digits, service characters apart from > and < symbols), not case-sensitive. Number of characters – from 1 to 60. |
3 | Disable | Is set with the checkbox | Set the status of the PTZ device object (enabled or disabled) in the digital distributed video surveillance system | Boolean type | No | Yes – the PTZ device is disabled and is not in use No – the PTZ device is enabled and is in use. |
4 | Telemetry controller | Is selected from the list | Set the parent Telemetry controller object of the digital distributed video surveillance system, to which the given PTZ device object refers. | Name of the PTZ device objects registered in the system | Name of the parent Telemetry controller object. | Depends on the number of Telemetry controllers in the digital distributed video surveillance system |

5 | Number | Is selected from the list | Set the identification number of the surveillance camera, where the PTZ device is installed. | Sequence of numbers | Not defined | Depends on the number of surveillance cameras in the digital distributed video surveillance system |
6 | Camera | Is selected from the list | Match the PTZ device with the surveillance camera, where it is installed. The parameter is used by the Video Monitor and telemetry window for the purposes to control the PTZ device. | Name of the Camera objects registered in the system | No | Depends on the number of the Camera objects in the digital distributed video surveillance system |
7 | Presets | Is set with the checkbox | Select the presets that are to be displayed in the Telemetry control box | Boolean type | No | Up to 355 presets can be enabled. The maximum number depends on the device, see Appendix 6. Maximum number of presets for IP devices. Yes – the preset name is displayed in the Telemetry control box No – the preset name is not displayed in the Telemetry control box |
Name | Enter the value in the field | Set the preset name to display it in the Telemetry control box | Latin, Cyrillic letters and service characters | Preset | A line containing a sequence of any symbols (letters, digits, service characters), not case-sensitive | |
8 | Select/Deselect | Is set with the checkbox | Check/Uncheck all the elements in the Presets table | Boolean type | No | Yes – select all the presets No – uncheck all the presets |
