The Incident manager interface module is intended for:

  • event handling by the operator according to a pre-configured script;
  • automatic execution of macros that are triggered by certain operator actions;
  • generating a report on the event and operator actions.

The Incident manager interface module is configured in the following order:

  1. Creating the Incident manager object.
  2. Configuring the position of the Incident manager window.
  3. Configuring the main parameters of the Incident manager object.
  4. Configuring the events filtering and grouping in Incident manager.
  5. Configuring user rights in Incident manager.
