The Incident manager interface module is intended for:

  • event handling by the operator according to a pre-configured script;
  • automatic execution of macros that are triggered by certain operator actions;
  • generating a report on the event and operator's actions.

The Incident manager interface module is configured in the following order:

  1. Creating the Incident manager object.
  2. Configuring the Incident manager position on the screen.
  3. Selecting events to display in the Incident manager.
  4. Creating and configuring the logic of event handling in the Incident manager and Configuring the elements.
  5. Configuring the elements.
  6. Setting the events priority in the Incident manager.
  7. Configuring the main parameters of the Incident manager.
  8. Configuring the events filtering and grouping in Incident manager.
  9. Configuring user rights in Incident manager.
