Configuring Incident server and Incident handler

The Incident server is used for storing events that need to be processed using the Incident handler.

The Incident handler is used for selecting the events to be processed, and for configuring the processing rules for the Operator.

Both of these modules are required for the Incident manager interface object operation — using the Incident manager, the Operator can process events according to the specified rules.

The Incident server and Incident handler are configured as follows:

1. Create the Incident server and Incident handler objects (see Creating thе Incident server object, Creating the Incident handler object).
2. Select the events to be handled (see Selecting events to display and handle).
3. Set the event priority (see Setting the events priority).
4. Configure the event handing logic (see Creating and configuring the logic of event handling).
5. Configure the display of logic (see Configuring the display of logic).
